Larry Weathers is the Lead Pastor of Vibe Church, San Diego's newest church plant, designed to inspire mature believers seeking deeper spiritual growth and clarity. With over 35 years of preaching experience and more than 20 years as a pastor, Pastor Larry brings deep spiritual wisdom and seasoned leadership to the congregation.

He is also the CEO of Weathers Agency, a globally recognized brand, design, and consulting agency. With extensive experience in business and marketing from years of success in the corporate sector, Larry is celebrated as a forward thinker and creative visionary, uniquely skilled at crafting and building compelling brands and strategic visions.

Known for his captivating oratory, scholarly depth, and polished presentation style, Larry is frequently sought after to speak, preach, and teach at conferences, revivals, and ministry gatherings both in the United States and internationally.
